As we get closer to yet another beginning...
As we set the table to welcome the festival of lights. Call it Deepavali or Diwali, the essence is to spread the light of love.
Whose nose doesn't get tickled at the aroma of onions being fried?! Add to that a melange of Indian spices like cinnamon, cardamom, fennel and you feel afloat in gourmet heaven. The trick is the slow frying of onions along side spices that go into making the base of many of our dishes that have been tantalising your taste buds for years.

Never fails to bring a smile, the ever popular pappadams are ready!!
We love the fresh cooked aroma of the naan. Perfectly cooked by our chefs in the Tandoor at a temperature of 180 degrees. Now that needs a lot of training to handle the heat. Kudos to our Tandoor Chefs!
The crackling of spices, the aroma of the leaves and the flavours of garlic, all in a curry that comes your way!!
